How old do I have to be to join?

You must be 21 years of age to become a member.

Can a delivery time be schedule?

No. Not at this time

Whats the return policy?

Topshelf must be alerted within two hours post delivery if any product is missing or defected from the order. No returns will be accepted after the two hour window.

Missing items will be sent out immediately next day for patients within the area metro delivery zone. For patients located a greater distance, we will deliver the missing item at most in 72 hours.

Can I call for support?

Delivery support is available via chat only. A call can be scheduled upon request.

Is there an order minimum?

No. We do not require a minimum order amount. Note all orders under $300 will have a delivery fee of $25 to $65 depending on your location. Please view the map on our home page for more details

Do I have to be a member of bannbie to order?

Yes. Only our approved members can take advantage of our products and services. It’s easy to apply, and it’s free. Click here to sign up.

How long will my order take?

There is no exact delivery time provided for any orders. All orders placed before 6PM ET by our same-day delivery zone customers will be packaged and sent out for delivery starting at 7PM and ending as late as 11PM ET. All orders placed after 6PM ET will not be sent out until the following day. Our drivers will notify a customer once their order is sent out. We require a confirmation of expectancy for delivery. Our drivers will not deliver an order unless a customer confirms they have been notified and available to receive delivery. If a confirmed customer is not available upon delivery, an inconvenience fee of $10 will added to their account.

Can I pre-order?

Yes. You are welcome to preorder and pick your delivery. Please indicate your pickup request upon checkout.

How can I track my order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery tracking at this time. We will be providing this option in the near future.

Can I change my delivery address once I have already ordered?

We are able to change the delivery location if costumers inform us before order cutoff time at 6:30PM ET. It is still possible to change the delivery location once a customer confirms their delivery expectancy with our drivers, but not 100% guaranteed.

Can I get delivery to my workplace?

As long as your work is cool with it, we’ll be there!

Are my neighbors/colleagues all going to know that I just ordered pot?

Our drivers are discreet with no external branding labeled on their clothing or vehicle.

Is your packaging discrete?

Yes. We prioritize your right of privacy and apply it to the quality of our packaging. All orders are professionally packaged inside a clean unmarked brown box with only a “Space Brain” shipping label taped over it. To ensure your privacy, our delivery drivers have no knowledge of the exact contents of your package.

Are there minimums when using a coupons?

Most of the time, yes. If you have questions about a specific coupon code, please email us.

Is it appropriate to tip the driver?

Yes, of course!

How long does it take to have the application approved?

The average time for approval is around 5 minutes. Please make sure to create a login once you submit the member application.

Anything else?

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Does driver call me?

Yes they always do. They call to confirm availability for order, and again when 10 mins away!
